HTC Desire will not be updated to Gingerbread

Bad news HTC Desire owners, HTC has just announced it won’t update the original Desire with Android 2.3 Gingerbread due to insufficient memory. You are now stuck with Froyo forever.
HTC Desire runs on a 1GHz processor, has 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM. HTC claims the memory is not enough. Well, HTC, the Wildfire Shas a 600MHz CPU, 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM and it CAN RUN Gingerbread. Even though, the Desire has a higher resolution screen, it's still not enough to convince us HTC has done everything in its power.
It seems running Gingerbread on the Desire will compromise the Sense experience.

BlackPods: Apple's New Black AirPods

BlackPods (apparently both the name of the company and the end product) will take your ordinary shiny white AirPods, subject them to a 'three-phase approach' that yields a 'luxurious scratch-resistant finish', all for the nominal fee of $99. Alternatively, you can buy the AirPods straight from BlackPods and get the BlackPods for $249 - sounds like $9 worth of savings. That is, if you don't already own a pair. At $159, Apple's AirPods aren't exactly cheap, yet they're quite the bargain when you consider the wireless earbuds options. HTC Sensation doesn't offer a unibody design after all?

The HTC Sensation, which was promised to boast the company's unique unibody design might not have it after all. The first live  photos and videos  that surfaced clearly show that the back panel of the Sensation is removable, rather than being firmly attached to the frame surrounding the front. The official HTC Sensation page claims that the device features the famous HTC unibody design, but as it turns out, it might be just a cheap marketing trick.
